No-Contact Home Meal Delivery & Pickup

During the COVID pandemic crisis, Snapdragon is no longer offering in-home meal preparation or in-person culinary instruction. However, zero contact delivery to homes and businesses in the Austin area are still available, as is pick up. Generous portions are available for family-style meals that serve 4-6. Please specify if your desired quantity is larger. We are also offering customized culinary instruction via video calls, so you and your loved ones can enjoy new creations at home. December+January Menu 2020/2021

Soups ($18)

Pumpkin and Chorizo Chili (GF, contains soy) a hearty mix of black beans, soy “chorizo”, quinoa, ancho chili and vegetables with a sweet addition of pumpkin puree

Eggplant Peanut Stew (GF, contains peanuts) rich and spicy, with ginger, eggplant, and tomato, in a nuanced peanut soup

Snacks ($20)

Cultured Cashew Cheese Queso (GF, contains tree nuts) delicious, shareable and creamy, available mild or with a kick

Mini Samosas (contains gluten) potato and pea samosas with classic spices, paired with cilantro mint chutney

Texas Caviar (GF) traditional and tangy black-eyed pea and crunchy veg salad for good luck in the New Year

Mains ($36)

Artichoke Manicotti with Mushroom Bolognese (contains soy and gluten) vegan ricotta and artichoke filled pasta baked in a rich tomato and mushroom sauce with fresh basil and oregano

Roasted Root Vegetable Enchiladas in Roja and Verde Sauces (GF, soy free) an earthy blend of sweet potatoes, parsnips, yukon gold potatoes, caramelized onion, and slow-roasted corn in fresh corn tortillas and house-made sauces, accompanied with black beans

Red Beans and Rice (contains tree nuts, wheat) savory spiced red beans and mushroom pecan “dirty” rice with collard greens, okra, pickled red onion, and creole sauce 

Whole Cauliflower Tikka Masala (contains cashews, wheat, soy free, GF option) a creamy, lightly spiced tikka masala sauce with roasted cauliflower and a chickpea, couscous, and herb salad

Rotini and Cheese with Smoky Shiitakes (GF)
high-protein, gluten-free pasta in cheese sauce with savory and smoky mushrooms and garlic greens

Baby key lime cheesecakes (contains cashews and gluten)

Tamales ($30)

During the Winter holiday season, we offer tamales (one dozen per order), as well as sauces to accompany. Choose up to two varieties of each.

Tamales:
Green tinga pulled jackfruit
Chorizo Pumpkin

King Oyster Mushroom and Vegetable
Sweet Coconut, Pineapple, and Pecan

Salsas:
Cilantro Lime Chimichurri (mild)
Roasted Tomatillo (medium)

Southern Dim Sum ($4o)

serves 6-8, all offerings included

Collard Green and Black-Eyed Pea Dumplings
sweet and salty hot pepper dipping sauce

Hot and Sour Soup
traditional wood ear mushroom and black vinegar broth served with charred sweet corn and smoked tofu

Pimento Cheese and Wonton Chips
plant-based pimento “cheese” and crispy wontons with sweet chili sauce and pickled cabbage

**Please note that our kitchen does use wheat, tree nuts, soy, and peanut ingredients. Cross-contamination is always avoided, but caution is advised to those with severe allergies.
