Snapdragon Cuisine is the passion project of chef Anna Fry. She began cooking professionally in 2010 and finds great joy in feeding others.

Creating one-of-a-kind, personalized meals and menus for individuals, families, and corporate clients, she seeks a deeply delicious, healthy ​eating experience.

Her focus is seasonality and locality with broad global influences and social conscientiousness. Ease and an emphasis on a fully customized experience define the Snapdragon ethos. Anna is an Austin native, wine enthusiast, and proud mother.
